On May 7-8, the Wired for the Future team had the opportunity to exhibit at the ODA ASM 2026, one of the most recognized dental events in Ontario. Hosted by the Ontario Dental Association, the Annual Spring Meeting brings together dental professionals, industry experts, exhibitors, and practice leaders for learning, networking, and conversations about the future of dentistry. The 2026 event took place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and ran from May 7-9.
For our team, it was a great opportunity to meet with dental professionals face-to-face, learn more about the challenges practices are navigating, and share how reliable technology support can help dental offices operate with more confidence.
Meeting Dental Practices Where They Are
Dental practices rely on technology every single day. From patient scheduling and digital imaging to practice management software, cybersecurity, phones, workstations, and network connectivity, technology plays a major role in how smoothly a dental office runs.
At the ODA ASM 2026, we had many great conversations with dental professionals about the technology needs that matter most to their practices, including:
- Keeping systems running reliably during busy patient days
- Protecting patient information and sensitive practice data
- Supporting dental software, imaging tools, and connected devices
- Improving cybersecurity without making daily workflows more complicated
- Reducing downtime so teams can stay focused on patient care
- Planning technology upgrades in a way that supports long-term growth
These conversations reinforced something we already believe strongly: dental practices need IT support that understands both technology and the pace of a healthcare environment.
Why Events like the ODA ASM Matter
The ODA Annual Spring Meeting is known as a major gathering place for dental professionals across Ontario. It creates space for education, innovation, professional development, and meaningful industry conversations.
For Wired for the Future, attending as exhibitors gave us the chance to do more than simply talk about IT services. It gave us the chance to listen.
We heard about the pressures dental offices face, the systems they depend on, and the growing need for technology that is secure, dependable, and easy for teams to use. These insights help us continue shaping our services around the real-world needs of dental practices.
Supporting Dental Practices Beyond the Event
While the tradeshow was a great opportunity to connect, our goal is to support dental practices long after the event ends.
Wired for the Future works with businesses, including dental and healthcare organizations, to provide technology support that helps teams stay productive, secure, and prepared. Whether a practice needs help improving cybersecurity, managing day-to-day IT issues, supporting cloud tools, or planning future upgrades, having the right technology partner can make a major difference.
For dental offices, dependable IT support is not just about fixing computers. It is about helping the entire practice run more smoothly.
Thank You to Everyone Who Connected With Us

The ODA ASM 2026 was a valuable opportunity to connect with Ontario’s dental community, and we are grateful to have been part of it. We look forward to continuing the conversations we started and helping more dental practices build technology environments that support their teams, their patients, and their future growth.
