Progress Update: We removed doors in
key areas to expand access and improve mobility.

spelling during calls.

sometimes too advanced for end users.

of equipment options based on client preference and ability.

Barrier: All of our services
are delivered on specific needs of each client. Every contract is different and
unique.

Progress Update:

Transportation

·       
Barrier: Team members without
driver’s licenses could not visit client sites.

Progress Update: We now provide
transit/taxi/ride-sharing allowances to ensure all staff can meet clients where
needed.

Conclusion

We are committed to improving accessibility
across all areas of our operations. We will continue to monitor our progress,
respond to feedback, and update our plans accordingly.
