How to request alternate formats
You can use the contact information listed below to ask us for a copy of our feedback process description, or our progress report in these alternate formats: print, large print, braille, audio or an electronic format that is compatible with adaptive technology that is intended to assist persons with disabilities. We will provide the format you ask for as soon as possible. Braille and audio formats may take up to 45 days. Print, large print and electronic formats may take up to 20 days.

We have made the following progress in removing the barriers identified in our accessibility plan:
Barrier 1: Our technician work area is open planned concept and can be loud
Progress Update: We have a closed off room now for some of our team to work in a quieter area.
Barrier 2: Our team chats did not lean towards the congratulations kind of topics.
Progress Update We now have a team chat that is solely for congratulating members on jobs well done.

Barrier 1: Our media did not always have captions
Progress Update: We are more mindful of media to have captions for those who can not hear the audio.
Barrier 2: Our media was sometimes dark in hue
Progress Update Our branding has been updated to lighter and easier to view images

We have made the following progress in removing the barriers identified in our accessibility plan:
Barrier 1: Tech information can be confusing to new people.
Progress Update: All information is now in easy to understand language
Barrier 2: Clients reported having difficulties hearing or understanding team members on the phone
Progress Update: Our team is now trained to speak loudly and clearly on phone calls. They are to clearly pronounce each word. We also have an alpha word board on the wall for spelling words for better clarity.

We have made the following progress in removing the barriers identified in our accessibility plan:
Barrier 1: We didn’t ensure our hardware was easy to use for those with accessibility considerations.
Progress Update: We now only supply devices that can be easily utilized by all.
Barrier 2: Our equipment we supply was sometimes to advanced for all users.
Progress Update We now have a variety of options which we can offer to our clients so they can choose which best suits their needs. We also ensure proper training so all clients may access and use all technology

We have made the following progress in removing the barriers identified in our accessibility plan:
Barrier 1: All of our services are delivered on specific needs of each client. Every contract is different and unique.

We have made the following progress in removing the barriers identified in our accessibility plan:
Barrier 1: Team members without valid drivers licenses could not go to clients sites.
Progress Update: We now provide allowances for public transit or taxi/uber services.
Conclusion
We will continue to monitor and assess our accessibility goals to ensure the removal of all remaining barriers. We will acknowledge and seek measures to address any feedback we receive. Our next progress report will be as per the guidelines.
